A new Japanese teaser trailer has been released of Sony’s adaptation of Marvel’s Morbius with an introduction from Jared Leto, the actor who portrays Michael Morbius. Check out a glimpse of Michael Keaton reprising his role as Adrian Toomes/The Vulture, toward the end of the teaser trailer. The movie also stars Matt Smith as Loxias Crown, Tyrese Gibson as Agent Stroud and Jared Harris, who's role in the film remains unrevealed. Morbius will premiere in theaters or streaming in 2021.

Marvel has released three brand new posters for Marvel Studios’ WandaVision, streaming exclusively on Disney+ on January 15th, 2021. The series is a blend of classic television and the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff and Vision (Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany), two super-powered beings living idealized suburban lives — begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems. The series directed by Matt Shakman also marks the first series from Marvel Studios streaming exclusively on Disney+. Joining the series as well are Kat Dennings, who reprises her role as Darcy Lewis from Marvel Studios' Thor and Thor: The Dark World; Randall Park, who reprises his role as Agent Jimmy Woo from Ant-Man and The Wasp; and newcomers Kathryn Hahn, who plays their plucky neighbor, and Teyonah Parris, who plays the adult Monica Rambeau, who was first introduced in Captain Marvel.

Deadline is reporting that sources from within are stating that Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Loeglin will write Deadpool 3, with Ryan Reynolds set to reprise his role as the wise-cracking Marvel superhero. Over the past month, numerous writers meetings took place with Reynolds to listen to their pitches for the next installment. In the end, the studio and Reynolds saw the sisters’ take as the perfect fit for what they wanted. This will be the first Deadpool movie where Marvel Studios are working with Reynolds and Team Deadpool. Sources say the film will be rated R with Reynolds return, but past characters are still unknown about their return and a new director will be taking over as David Leitch, who helmed the second pic, has a schedule filled through 2021.

Hasbro has posted a teaser image for what looks to be a Transformers/Marvel mash-up figure for the X-Men Blackbird.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, 'On My Block' actor Danny Ramirez will be suiting up for the Marvel series The Falcon & the Winter Soldier. Ramirez will be joining returning Marvel actors Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Daniel Bruhl and Emily VanCamp, as well as universe newcomer Wyatt Russell. It's being kept under wraps who Ramirez will play but sources say it will be a pivotal role. The Falcon & the Winter Soldier will be the first Marvel-produced series for Disney+, but production was shutdown due to the pandemic in March, with several weeks of filming left. The series is now expected to stream in August.

Deadline is reporting that newcomer Imon Vellani has been picked to star in Ms. Marvel, the Disney+ series based on the comic-book character. Marvel and Disney Plus recently named Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Meera Menon as directors on the project. The character of Ms. Marvel comes from writer Bisha K. Ali and centers on Kamala Khan, a Pakistani-American teen based in New Jersey. Ms. Marvel first appeared in 2014 as Marvel’s first Muslim character to star in her own title, and she will become Marvel Studios’ first onscreen Muslim hero. Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige has said that in addition to appearing on the small screen, Kamala Khan will be included in future Marvel films.

Variety has learned that Samuel L. Jackson will reprise the role of Nick Fury in a new Marvel series currently in development at Disney Plus. The exact plot details are being kept under wraps but sources are saying that Jackson is attached to star with Kyle Bradstreet attached to write and executive produce. Marvel Studios will produce. Jackson has portrayed Fury, the monocular head of the clandestine government agency S.H.I.E.L.D, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe going back to the first “Iron Man” film in 2008. He has appeared in multiple films, most recently in “Spider-Man: Far from Home,” “Avengers: Endgame,” and “Captain Marvel.” He also played the character in two episodes of the ABC series “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” Bradstreet is credited with being a writer and executive producer on USA Network series “Mr. Robot.” His other credits include “Borgia,” “Berlin Station,” and “Copper.”

She has also won Emmys for both projects and has collected a total of six in her career, winning in 2014 for Pakistan's Taliban Generation and in 2010 for work on PBS' Frontline/World. Deadline is reporting that director Kat Coiro is in negotiations to direct and executive produce the pilot and several other episodes of Marvel’s She-Hulk series for Disney+. Writer Jessica Gao has already been tapped to lead the writers room. Gao is credited with the Rick and Morty series. The last major character to be co-created by Stan Lee, She-Hulk is Jennifer Walters, an attorney and cousin of Bruce Banner, aka The Hulk. An emergency blood transfusion from her cousin gave Walters her powers, but unlike Banner/Hulk, She-Hulk was able to keep her intelligence and personality when she Hulked out. Marvel's She-Hulk is just one of projects being developed for Disney+, with The Falcon and Winter Soldier, WandaVision and Loki all in production and set to bow in the next year. Coiro is credited with directing numerous TV shows including Netflix’s Dead To Me, Showtime’s Shameless and FX’s It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, along with Modern Family, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Mozart in the Jungle.

What are some people's thoughts on the yellow gloves tease during one of the more recent Legends Livestream. Most people think it will be for Rogue, but which one? Will it be a Jim Lee rerelease (especially after the Best of X-Men rumor)? A Vintage card release (with new head sculpt to match a more X-Men TAS look)? Or possibly a Rogue Age of Apocalypse?

Deadline has confirmed that Sony Pictures has closed a deal with actress and director Olivia Wilde to direct and develop a secret Marvel film project revolving around a female character in the universe. Sony has no comment but it is expected that the story will be centered on Spider-Woman. No word on which direction will take Spider-Woman as the character has been the alter ego of several characters including Gwen Stacy, Mary Jane Watson and Jessica Drew. The script is being penned by Katie Silberman with Amy Pascal producing and Rachel O’Connor executive producing.
