The malicious and destructive Carnage from Spider-Man returns to the FINE ART STATUE line. The intense carving and details in the face of this creature combined with the madness that can only be recreated to the highest level of degree through cold cast exemplifies a level of finish that greatly exceeds the last statue in the FINE ART STATUE line. A deadly symbiotic attack from Carnage is fully recreated with the steel sharp tendrils emerging from its body. These five tendrils can be exchanged with normal symbiote tendrils included with this statue to recreate other various looks and poses. Users can thus fully experience the sheer volume that is brought about by this 1/6 scale statue. While this statue by itself is already full of impact as it shows a scene of Carnage attacking from the top of a crumbling building on the brink of collapse, but by using the included expansion base, users can also attach ARTFX Venom to this statue to recreate the battle between the two symbiotes. Looks like Kotobukiya is upping it's game in the statue arena with a new line being called ARTFX Premier, which is being billed as a high-quality statue line that challenges the limits of product development by capturing characters in the highest possible level of detail. The statues in this line are limited to a select number of pieces worldwide, and each one comes with its own unique collector number. Kotobukiya has released some official images for their upcoming X-Men Fine Art Weapon X statue. Sculpted by Erick Sosa, this finely crafted statue depicts a grieving Wolverine who has escaped from the research facility where he was subjected to Experiment X, a brutal experiment that involved bonding the mutant’s skeleton with admantium and erasing his memories. The statue recreates the scene where the fugitive mutant is running down a snowy mountain road after his escape, which is considered to a crucial point in the character’s storyline. The diorama base is modeled after the harsh winter environment in the remote area of lberta, Canada where Department K is located. Although the motif of the statue differs from the statues of the –Danger Room Sessions- series, Weapon X still looks great displayed alongside the other X-Men Fine Art statues. Available - June 2019

The latest character to join Kotobukiya's ARTFX+ lineup from the record breaking and history making Marvel Studios film Avengers: Infinity War is the Sorcerer Supreme, Doctor Strange! The statue comes with multiple interchangeable hand parts, allowing you to display Doctor Strange with or without a mandala in front of his right hand, and his left hand can be displayed in a spell casting pose. Like the other statues in the Infinity War ARTFX+ Series, Doctor Strange comes with a dynamic base that allows you to display him alongside Thanos to recreate their final showdown on Titan. Look for this to be released in February.
