  1. A few weeks ago we told you how a new listing had been discovered by the folks over at Fwoosh for a new Marvel Legends Deluxe figure with a $50 price tag similar to what we saw with the most recent M.O.D.O.K. figure. This listing was posted as follows: F2992 ($50) – Avengers Deluxe 3 (Aug ’21) I've done some digging, and while I wish I could tell you exactly what this figure is going to be, the best I've been able to come up with is a listing that calls it "Hydra Stomper". I don't think that's the actual name of the figure, but likely some kind of description or code name to keep the figures identity concealed. So we will have wait until Hasbro officially reveals this one to know exactly what it is. Being it's a deluxe figure, I think it's safe to assume it will be based on a lager character. Whether the name "Hydra Stomper" is a reference to someone who stomps out Hydra or not is not known. What Could The Next Marvel Legends $50 Deluxe Figure Be??? Figures Jay Cochran - March 05, 2021 [ edit post ] A few weeks ago we told you how a new listing had been discovered by the folks over at Fwoosh for a new Marvel Legends Deluxe figure with a $50 price tag similar to what we saw with the most recent M.O.D.O.K. Just as a COMPLETE GUESS on my part, I could maybe see the figure being based on the character known as "Hammer". He was part of a group crated by Hydra called the Hydra 4 who's mission was to kill the Avengers. Hammer was essentially Hydra's version of Thor, who is a bigger character. A hammer stomps things, hence the connection to the description. A bit of a stretch I know. How much demand there would be for Marvel Legends figures based on the Hydra 4 is not known. I doubt they would be terribly high up on anyone's list, and a $50 price for what essentially would be another Thor figure seems pretty steep. Another GUESS I could possibly see is a new updated Mandroid figure. This was a suit of armor created for S.H.I.E.L.D. agents. The S.H.I.E.L.D. organization is known for stomping out Hydra. Hasbro did give us a Marvel Legends Mandroid figure back in 2014 as a Build-A-figure. The Mandroid has had many different looks over the years in the comics, but perhaps Hasbro would give us a more classic looking yellow version this time around? Honestly the description "Hydra Stomper" is just to vague to really know what Hasbro has in store for us, but what do you hope it is?

  3. We have seen Hasbro hint more than once that next month will be a sizable month for new Marvel Legends. In their last live-stream they first suggested this and then today Dan Yun from the Marvel Legends brand team tweeted saying: From what I can tell, folks will want to mark their calendars for Friday, April 9, 2021. Hasbro has yet to make any kind of official announcements for that day, but it looks like its going to be a big day of reveals not just for Marvel Legends, but other Hasbro brands as well. I don't know if Hasbro is planning another PulseCon type of event or just simply do a string of live-stream videos all on one day. I suspect the later, but we will have to wait and see. As for what we might see for Marvel Legends, well I am only guessing but I think we will see the rumored Disney Infinity Saga sub-line officially revealed. We may also see the rumored Iron Man themed wave and the Disney+ waves fully revealed as well. I wouldn't be surprised if we get to see the Wanda figure from that wave revealed next week after the WandaVision season finale airs this Friday, like we did with Vision this week. Those are just things off the top of my head I think we might see, there certainly other things as well they might show. I suspect March will be fairly quit on the official reveal front, but April I think will bring us the types of reveals we normally see in February during Toy Fair which didn't happen this year due to COVID.
  4. JTPrime is back again to let us know he has discovered some new retail listings for the following Marvel Legends Doctor Strange based replica items. The listings are as follows: MVL Legends Doctor strange Gear Eye Agamotto (Presumably MCU based) Product Number: F0221 MSRP: 69.99 Euros SPD Legends classic Gear (Possibly comic based) Product Number: F0201 MSRP: 134.99 Euros The first listing seems pretty obvious, as it will be a replica of Strange's Eye of Agamotto as seen in the movies. It will likely open to reveal the time stone and light up green. The second listing is less obvious and seems to cost more. I wonder if this will end up being a replica of Strange's cape? Only time will tell. Of course until Hasbro officially confirms these we will treat them as RUMOR.
  5. JTPrime writes in to let us know about three new Marvel Legends 6' Spider-Man figure listings that he has found. -SPD Vintage Retro Black costume Spiderman Product Number: F0230 -SPD Legends Vintage Webman Product Number: F1140 -SPD Legends Vintage Hobgoblin Product Number: F1124 The images below are only for reference purposes and of course until Hasbro officially confirms these we will treat them as RUMOR. Also don't forget tomorrow is Marvel Monday which means we will be getting a new official Marvel Legends reveal. I don't expect it to be any of these figures, but we will have coverage for whatever it is here tomorrow.

  7. WARNING - You will want to wait until you've watched episode 8 ("Previously On") of the Disney+ WandaVision series before reading this article, because it does contain MAJOR SPOILERS. We have long since had a pretty good idea of what figures will be released in the first wave of Disney+ themed wave of Disney+ Marvel Legends figures. As we've previously reported multiple times, the wave is "rumored" to include the following: - USAgent - Loki - Baron Zemo - Scarlet Witch - Vision - Winter Soldier - Falcon Of course we have no idea what the Build-A-Figure for this wave will be and still really don't have any decent guesses for that, however after watching this weeks episode of WandaVision, I do think we may have a better idea on what versions of Scarlet Witch and Vision we will be getting. This is were the SPOILERS begin from the episode titled "Previously On". This episode gave us more background on Wanda's origins that we got our first glimpse of during Age of Ultron. We get to see more of here time with Hydra and Baron Strucker who we knew had conducted experiments on both her and Quicksilver using the Mind Stone Infinity Gem from Loki's staff. What we had not seen up until now was Wanda's first contact with the Mind Stone and how it seemingly gave her a glimpse at some kind of future or alternate reality version of herself in full decked out "Scarlet Witch" garb. Disney actually gave us a little closer look at this outfit in one of the posters they recently released for the show hidden in the TV screens. Oh and this episode also marks the first time Wanda has been officially named The Scarlet Witch thanks to Agatha Harkness who is also fully revealed in this episode. I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't get the Marvel Legends treatment in the second wave due out later in the year. As for Vision, well thanks to Hayward we now have our all-white Vision as he later appeared in the comic books. This was revealed in this weeks mid-credit scene. Hayward has rebuilt himself a new Vision, likely who will at least start out being devoid of emotion. When we first learned there was going to be new Scarlet Witch and Vision figures released in the Disney+ Marvel Legends wave, my best guess for which versions we would see where figures of them wearing those Halloween costumes that were revealed early on in trailers for the show, but now I suspect the the figures will be based on the looks that debuted here in this episode. If that is the case then hopefully Hasbro can now start officially showing these figures off soon since the looks are now out there for public consumption. The only other figure in this wave I could see containing SPOILERS is the Falcon figure from The Falcon And Winter Soldier series. THIS PART CONTAINS POSSIBLE FALCON AND WINTER SOLDIER series SPOILERS. The Falcon figure for this wave technically has been listed as Captain America. In the show it looks like John Walker who we know from the comics eventually becomes USAgent will start off being the new Captain America. While that figure is listed as USAgent, it likely will be based on the characters John Walker version of Captain America as seen in the recent poster and trailer. At some point however we are pretty sure Falcon will officially take over the Captain America mantle, as Steve Rogers intended him to at the end of Avengers: Endgame. This is mainly due to a leaked Titan figure image showing Anthony Mackie in a Falcon Cap suit which has yet to be revealed in any of the trailers. My guess is the Marvel Legends version of Falcon will also feature this outfit, hopefully with wings, unlike the comic book version Hasbro previously did. Falcon And The Winter Soldier premiers on the streaming service starting on March 19 and will only contain 6 one-hour episodes. I don't know when exactly during the show we will see this new outfit, but the final episode will air on April 23, so it's safe to assume it will be officially seen by then. Loki is the only other regular figure in the wave that could POSSIBLY have spoilers, but not likely. My guess the Loki figure will be based on his look as seen in the trailer for the show. The Loki series doesn't premier until June 11, at which point this first wave should hopefully already be hitting shelves. It's unknown which series the Build-A-Figure for this wave will come from. We have one more episode of WandaVision to go which I supposed could POSSIBLY have one BIG surprise left to warrant getting the Build-A-Figure. If not then that most likely means the Build-A-Figure will be based on something seen in Falcon And The Winter Soldier. We do know Don Cheadle will be making an appearance in the show, and if he bring a new War Machine armor with him, that could possibly warrant getting a Build-A-Figure for, or it could be based on something we have no inclination of at this point. Only time will tell.

  10. Today Hasbro held a virtual Investor Day Panel where they talked about how they would be expanding their product licensing partnership with Epic Games for Fortnite. Previously Hasbro had done Fortnite products for their NERF and Monopoly lines. Then a few weeks ago Hasbro announced a 6" G.I. Joe Classified Snake-Eye figure based on how the the character will appear in the game. Yes you can play G.I. Joe characters now in Fortnite. The Snake-Eyes Fortnite figure was sold as a HasbroPulse exclusive and sold out fairly quickly. Now if you didn't know, Marvel characters have also been in the Fortnite game. So after today's announcement about Hasbro expanding their partnership with Epic Games, I couldn't help but noticing a tweet made by Hasbro Marvel brand team member Dan Yun who was responding to a GameInformer article that was speculating in light of today's announcement we might be seeing more figures from Hasbro similar to the Snake-Eyes one. It's entirely possible this was Dan simply indicating this is something he would like to see. He captioned the animation with the word "dreamz" , but it's not unreasonable to think that Fortnite Marvel Legends based Marvel figures could be something at least being contemplated at Hasbro. It's not clear how much of an expansion the agreement between Epic Games and Hasbro will entail. Currently other companies such as Jazwares and McFarlane Toys have been doing 4", 6" and 7" figures based on the actual Fortnite characters, and there was nothing said today indicating that will be changing, at least for now. However would you be interested in seeing Marvel Legends 6" figures from Hasbro based on the Marvel characters and how they look in the Fortnite video game? Let us know in the COMMENTS SECTION

  12. While not yet officially revealed by Hasbro, their second wave of 3.75" Marvel Legends Retro figures have started to see release along with wave 1 figures at Target stores in CA. The wave includes news figures of Elektra, Iceman and Daredevil along with Black Panther, Classic Iron Man and Electro. The latter 3 figures had been previously released last year as part of the HasbroPulse exclusive 2-packs. You can check out images of the figures below via MCUCollector. Each figure is $9.99. Starting sometime next month the figures should be available everywhere, but for now Target is the place to look for them if you want to add these to your collection.

  15. Yesterday Hasbro held one of their Fan-Friday Live-Stream events for Marvel Legends. While yesterday's reveals were no where near on par with what we usually see in February at Toy Fair (which was canceled this year due to COVID), we did get some useful updates to help fill in the pieces of what we should be seeing in 2021. With that I have complied a new list for Marvel Legends of "What we know, what we thing we know and what we kind of know". Ok so lets start off going over everything that has yet to be released, but has been "OFFICIALLY" confirmed by Hasbro. I will leave the X-Men House Of X Tri-Sentinel wave on here even though it is now starting to hit shelves. This wave includes figures based on the House Of X/Power of X Marvel Comics story-line. The figures in the wave are as follows: Professor X figure -Pair of alternate hands -Alternate head sculpt -BAF Piece Cyclops figure -Alternate head sculpt -Blast effect -BAF Piece Magneto figure -2 Pairs of alternate hands -BAF Piece Jean Grey figure -Pair of alternate hands -Krakoan flower pod -BAF Piece Moira MacTaggert figure -Pair of alternate arms -Alternate head sculpt -Book -Scarf -BAF Piece Omega Sentinel figure -Alternate head sculpt -Pair of alternate forearms -BAF Piece Wolverine figure -Alternate head sculpt The Build-A-Figure is the Tri-Sentinel. You can purchase these now from our sponsor BigBadToyStore.com. Hasbro has also confirmed that they will be releasing a Marvel Legends 6" Mega Deluxe M.O.D.O.K. figure that will cost $50. This is the most expensive Deluxe figure Hasbro has done to date. This one is also available for pre-order at our sponsor BigBadToyStore.com. I should note that yesterday it was revealed this figure will have a feature where you can store it's accessories inside of it. Hasbro has also officially announced a $30 Marvel Legends Deluxe Maestro Figure and a green modern She-Hulk figure. Those are both currently available for pre-order now. She-Hulk is due out in July and Maestro is due out in August. Hasbro announced the first wave of 3 3/4" Retro Marvel Legends figures that will be released at general retail. This wave will see Hulk, Human Torch, Captain Marvel Captain America, Spider-Man and Magento. These will cost $9.99 and start hitting Targets stores in March and then see a more general release in April. For exclusives we know that there will be a new Deadpool 2 Movie burned version coming to Amazon in March. You can still pre-order that one through our Amazon affiliate link. Walgreens in the US and EB Games in Canada is getting a new Fallen Silver Surfer figure which is starting to see release now. Hasbro also revealed that the theme for this years Walgreens exclusives would be a "Cosmic" one. Following the Silver Surfer will be a new Classic Richard Rider Nova figure. Nova will come extra hands an Qubit. Following Nova will be the release of Quasar. Nova is due out in early spring followed by Quasar in late spring. Finally as of yesterday we now have an officially confirmed Bring On The Bad Guys wave which includes figures of A.I.M.'s Scientist Supreme, Arcade, Dormammu, Von-Doom in white with Thanos Spine and Skull, Hood, Lady Deathsrike and Classic Red Skull. The Build-A-Figure for this wave is Xemnu. This wave is available for pre-order now at our sponsor BigBadToyStore.com. Now for what we think we know, which means I am pretty confident about the legitimacy of this info, but it has yet to be officially confirmed by Hasbro at this time. We will continue to treat this portion as RUMOR until Hasbro officially confirms it. Hasbro has officially revealed a new Classic Ultron figure as well as what they are calling AI Tony Stark. The AI Tony Stark figure will come with a hologram Tony head as well as a normal helmeted head. So we know those two figures are definitely coming, but Hasbro has yet to announce how they will be released. According to info I have seen both figures will be part of an Iron Man themed wave. I don't know what the Build-A-Figure for the wave will be, but the single release figures should be as follows: - Classic Ultron - Darkstar - (Unknown if this will feature her classic look or a more modern one) - Iron Man Modular Armor - Likely the classic suit from the 90s. - Iron Heart - Guardsman - My info was not clear if this will be just a regular classic Guardsman or possibly a more specific version like maybe Curtis Elkins who was part of The Jury. Granted the Sentry version would seemingly be more fitting for a Venom themed wave, but we will have to see. - Hologram AI Tony Stark - Iron Man Stealth - There have been several versions of the Stealth Armor featured in the comics over the years, and I have no idea which specific one the figure will actually be based on. Hasbro Also revealed yesterday a Civil Warrior figure from the Marvel Contest of Champions game. Based on info from multiple sources this figure should end up being part of the Shang-Chi wave. NOTE THIS NEXT SECTION MAY CONTAIN SOME SPOILERS FOR UPCOMING MCU MOVIES AND DISNEY+ SHOWS. SCROLL DOWN TO THE NEXT SECTION TO AVOID Hasbro has pretty much said we can expect a wave of figures for the upcoming Shang-Chi: And The Legend Of The Ten Rings movie, but hasn't given us any details about what figures we will see in it. The listings for the wave that I have seen which will be a mix of comic and movie based figures breakdown as follows: -Shang-Chi -Death Dealer -Leiku Wu -Mei Ling -Iron Man -Civil Warrior Shang-Chi, Leiku Wu and Mei Ling are all speculated to be movie based while the rest will likely be comic based. Once again the Build-A-Figure for the wave is unknown. Other movie and TV stuff we pretty much know is coming include figures from The Eternals movie that were originally supposed to be released last year. While Hasbro hasn't officially confirmed the figures for the MCU Eternals movie wave, we know what they are, because images of the figures have already leaked out. This wave was originally slated for released this past summer but got pushed when the movie did. The Eternals movie is now slated with a November 5, 2021 release, which means we probably won't officially see these figures on shelves until we get closer to that date. The regular wave of figures which you can check out images of HERE will include the following: - Ikaris who will be played by actor Richard Madden - Sersi who will be played by actress Gemma Chan - Makkari who will be played by actress Lauren Ridloff - Sprite who will be played by actress Lia McHugh - Phastos who will be played by actor Brian Tyree Henry - Kingo who will be played by actor Kumail Nanjiani - Druig who will be played by actor Barry Keoghan The Build-A-Figure will be Gilgamesh. We also know there will be a Deluxe Eternals Kro figure, and some kind of store exclusive single release of Ajak. There should also be 2 waves of Disney+ themed Marvel figures coming in 2021. The first wave which we will likely see around June time frame is slated to include the following: - USAgent - Loki - Baron Zemo - Scarlet Witch - Vision - Winter Soldier - Captain America Captain America is likely going to be Falcon, and no word on what the Build-A-Figure will be. POSSIBLE MCU SPOILERS ENDS HERE Last year Hasbro released a Retro Fantastic Four Doctor Doom figure as a single release. There should be a full wave of Fantastic Four Retro figures coming in 2021, however I don't have any specific details on what figures will be included at this time. We have seen listing using code names for this wave however. Fantastic Four – November 2021 F0171 – Assortment UPC: 5010993842780 Retro Carded – No BaF • F3018 – Figure 1 – 5010993842605 • F0350 – Figure 2 – 5010993842551 • F0351 – Figure 3 – 5010993842544 • F0352 – Figure 4 – 5010993842520 • F0353 – Figure 5 – 5010993842537 • F0354 – Figure 6 – 5010993842599 This wave will NOT have a Build-A-Figure. Next up we have seen indications for a new MCU Sub-Line called Infinity Saga. I have seen info that suggests that we can expect to see figures of Quicksilver from Avengers: Age Of Ultron and Fat Warrior Thor from Avengers: Endgame released in this series. The folks at FWOOSH also dug up these listings for the line. INFINITY SAGA (MCU) – Late Summer / Early Fall 2021 • F0218 – SET 6 IM1 – 5010993842681 ($69.99) • F0189 – SET 7 THR3 – 5010993842667 ($49.99) • F0192 – SET 10 AVN4 – 5010993842353 ($59.99) I believe the AVN4 set will be a 2-pack and the other two will be single releases. Hasbro suggested yesterday we will probably start getting official details on these in April. There has also been a listing for a "Classic X-Men" wave show up online which is listed as follows: Legends Classic X – September 2021 F1005 – Assortment UPC: 5010993840021 Unknown (BaF) • F1006 – Classic X 1 – 5010993839636 • F1007 – Classic X 2 – 5010993839605 • F1008 – Classic X 3 – 5010993839599 • F1009 – Classic X 4 – 5010993839582 • F1010 – Classic X 5 – 5010993839629 • F1011 – Classic X 6 – 5010993839612 • F1091 – Classic X 7 – 5010993839643 These numbers match up to info that I have seen that suggests this will be a second wave of Age of Apocalypse figures. I don't know what specific figures will be included in the wave. There is also a listing for a Black Widow 2-pack that showed up online that reads as follows: Marvel Legends Black Widow 2 pack Product Number: F1129 EAN: 5010993860777 This is likely going to contain figures of Red Guardian and Yelena from the Black Widow movie. For those keeping track, this is brand new info I am sharing with you. Finally I want to note I have seen indications from multiple soruces that the MSRP of regular release Marvel Legends figures will be going up from $19.99 to $22.99. This will likely start happeing with figures released in the July timeframe. Ok now for the final section which involves info of what we kind of know or like to SPECULATE about. This section is more for fun than anything but should NOT be treated as cofirmed info in any way. Hasbro has given us a few hints/teases for whats to come. We know there will be a new sculpted figure that will have a tail coming. My GUESS for that is an updated Tigra figure, but I really have absolutely no idea on that one. Since they specifically used the words newly sculpted figure in their clue, that suggests to me that this will be a new updated figure of one already released as opposed to a figure of a character never released before. Hasbro also told us that we will be seeing a Cannonball figure with legs in 2021. It's unknown if this will be the same X-Force figure we just got, only with legs as opposed to the blast-off effect, or something else entirely. Maybe a New Mutants version??? Just yesterday Hasbro teased an image of a sword. The sword I am pretty sure is supposed to represent the legendary Excalibur sword often seen used by Captain Britain. At first I thought perhaps this was a tease for just a new Captain Britain figure, maybe in his classic outfit. As I thought about it more however, I decided a boxset featuring figures on the original Exclaibur team made more sense. It would be a pretty easy set for them to do. They could use the same Nightcrawler figure they recently released in the X-Men line. The other characters on the team would include Shadowcat in her classic blue outfit, Captain Britain himself which would likely reuse parts from previous figures. Phoenix (Rachel Summers) and Meggan would round out the team and likely would require only minor retooing of existing female sculpts. For accessories they could add Widget and Lockheed. If Hasbro wanted to go all out they might even add some silver Warwolves. IF they ended up doing an Excalibur boxset it would likely be released as an Amazon exclusive like they did with the previous Alpha Fight and Children of Thanos ones. So that's it for now, but there is definely more to come in 2021, so stay-tuned.
