  1. ShartimusPrime takes a look at the new Sauron 6" Scale Build-A-Figure Marvel Legends figure from Hasbro. The figures in the wave to complete the BAF include Bishop, All-New All-Different Wolverine (X-23), Omega Red, Lady Deadpool, X-Men Deadpool and Boxer Shorts Deadpool. You can purchase this wave from Megalopolis Toys. Check out hi-res images for this figure below in our GALLERY!
  2. BigBadToyStore.com has up for pre-order the second wave of Marvel Legends 6" figures that pays tribute to the old 5" Toy Biz figures with the packaging. The wave includes Ant-Man, Wasp (Blue Outfit), Black Panther, Scarlet Spider, Hawkeye and Vision. Vision comes with an Ultron head, Scarlet Spider comes with an unmasked head, Black Panther comes with fireball effects, Ant-Man comes with a miniature Wasp and Wasp comes with a miniature Ant-Man. These will be out in October.
  3. Shown below are the official images for the new Marvel Legends product Hasbro revealed today at the Fan Expo in Canada. Shown are Weapon X, Mystique and Alpha Flight member Guardian.
  4. The final Marvel Studios: The First Ten Years Marvel Legends figure set announced by Hasbro during Toy Fair has finally arrived here in the United States. Being released as a Walmart exclusive here, this set features Tony Stark and Iron Man Mark I from the first Iron Man movie. You can purchase it on the Walmart website now. Technically I guess the previous TRU 3-Pack with Pepper has yet to be released in the US. Its now going to be available on Amazon and will be released on September 15. Unlike the Iron Man Mark VII figure released in the line, the Mark I offered here is a straight up reuse from the mold used in Hasbro's original 6" Iron Man movie line. The Tony Stark also reuses the Chameleon body mold and the old Tony Stark head that has been previously released.
  5. The Fan Expo in Canada kicked off today and while Hasbro didn't have anything new to show us today, they did leave us with a few clues for what we might be able to expect tomorrow (8/31) during their Marvel Legends panel that will take place at 1pm ET. Here is a brief message from Hasbro's own Marvel Senior Design Manager Dwight Stall giving us a clue for what we might expect to see tomorrow. Click here to see video So seems pretty obvious that he is hinting to something in regards to Alpha Flight. Last year at this convention is when they first revealed the Sasquatch Build-A-Figure. Will it be more than one figure or could it be more? Honestly we don't know though we have it on pretty good authority they will be showing off more than one new thing. Whatever it is be sure to check back to MarvelousNews as we will be bringing you coverage of the panel and any reveals as they happen starting at 1pm ET. Let us know in the comments what it is you hope or think they will reveal tomorrow and a big thanks to TroyZ for helping us with coverage of the event.
  6. Best Buy has the new Marvel Studios First 10 Years Avengers Age Of Ultron 6" Marvel Legends Ultron listed online. The figure isn't currently available for home delivery but you can buy it online for store pick-up. The figure was originally said during SDCC to be exclusive to Entertainment Earth and Gamestop stores, but I guess Best Buy decided to get in on the action. They also have the Marvel Legends AIM 2-Pack listed on the site but is currently listed as sold out.
  7. We are bringing you coverage of the Hasbro Marvel Legends panel taking place at the 2018 Fan Expo Canada. We will be bringing you coverage of anything new announced at the panel as it happens so be sure to update your browser periodically over the course of the next hour. Thanks to TroyZ for helping us out with coverage of the event. On panel is Marvel Senior Design Manager Dwight Stall and Ryan Ting. The panel has begun but right now they are just recapping stuff we have already see. This report will be dedicated to primarily the new things they reveal which will be towards the end of the panel. They are showing the second wave of Black Panther Movie figures that were announced during SDCC. Its' confirmed Klaw will have two arms, a gun one and a normal one. Now they are talking about the making of Marvel Legends and how they started planning for the X-Men Apocalypse wave in January 2017 for an August 2018 release. Can take 4 weeks is a best case scenario to complete the sculpting of one figure and it's passed around to a number of different sculptors multiple times. Learn how to use Zbrush if you want to work at Hasbro according to Dwight. New reveals include Alpha Flight member Guardian for 2019. Also announced is Wendigo for 2019. Other new figures announced are Mystique and Weapon X also for 2019. See images below. No more planned variants for the line unless they screw up and have to make a correction. Panel has ended. Stay-tuned for better images of these new figures coming up soon here on MarvelousNews.

There will be a Star Wars panel right before at noon. The convention opens its doors today at 2pm ET, and if Hasbro has anything new out in their booth today we will be sure to show it off here, but definitely be sure to check back to tomorrow for coverage of the panel and whatever new they show off at it. We don't how much new stuff they will show off this weekend, but we do expect at least 1-2 new things announced.

  11. Hasbro's Marvel Senior Design Manger Dwight Stall is taking your questions for a new Instagram video segment on HasbroPulse. If you have a burning question for him about Marvel Legends then let him know in the video's comment section. In a few days they will pick a few questions that get asked and post a second video where he answers them. I wouldn't bother asking him about unannounced upcoming figures as he is likely not going to answer those kinds of questions, but if you have a question about how something is made or why then I would give it shot.

  20. More Images For The Marvel Legends Kree Sentry, Nighthawk and Living Laser Figures Jay Cochran - August 04, 2018 [ edit post ] Thanks to Christian we have some better quality images to share with you for the new Marvel Legends reveals from the Toy Unboxing Convention. Just to recap the figures revealed include a Kree Sentry which is a Build-A-Figure as well as a comic book based Living Laser and Nighthawk figure. It is unknown what wave or waves these figures will be released in but they will be out in 2019. Likely they will be part of a new Captain Marvel and or Avengers wave. Check out the new images below.
  21. ShartimusPrime reviews the new Spider-Man themed 6" Marvel Legends Cloak and Dagger figures from Hasbro. These figures are part of the Sp//dr Build-A-Figure wave. You can purchase these figures now at Megalopolis.Toys. Check out hi-res images for these figures below in our GALLERY!
  22. If you missed it this weekend, Hasbro debuted three new 6" Marvel Legends figures at the Unboxing Toy Convention in Mexico City. The three figures will see release in 2019, though we don't yet know which wave or waves they will belong to. The three figures shown are comic book based versions of Nighthawk, Modern Living Laser and a Kree Sentry which is going to be a Build-A-Figure. Shown below are some new images that come thanks to MarvelousNews reader Jonatan of the figures which were on display at the Hasbro booth during the convention as well as hi-res PR images released to us by Hasbro. Expect Hasbro to reveal the next round of new Marvel Legends at the Canadian Fan Expo which takes place at the end of the month from August 30 - September 2.
  23. During San Diego Comic Con Hasbro released a teaser image that indicated they would soon be releasing a new 6" X-Men Marvel Legends Mystique figure. See the teaser image below that Hasbro showed which features Mystique's iconic skull belt. Now thanks to some detective works from MarvelousNews reader Matt, we have indications that the Mystique figure Hasbro was teasing will end up being released as a Walgreens exclusive. He let us know that he discovered that the Walgreens Item Code #997005 lists several figures in the system which includes Silver Surfer, Thing and Mystique. We called our local Walgreens and got similar information about the item code Matt gave us. Our local store also told us that they had an open order referring specially to the Silver Surfer and that it should be in on August 23. So based on this info as well as knowing from SDCC that the upcoming Magik figure will be released as a Walgreens exclusive, it looks like Walgreens will either be shifting from Fantastic Four to X-Men exclusives, or perhaps maybe adding since we are still hopeful they will end up releasing a Marvel Legends Dr. Doom and Super Skrull figure to their Fantastic Four line. Perhaps we will get more details about Mystique later today during the Unboxing Toy Convention where Hasbro will be on hand and will likely debut 3-4 new Marvel Legends figures there. Stay-tuned to MarvelousNews for coverage of that event and thanks to Matt for the heads up.
  24. ShartimusPrime reviews the new Spider-Man themed 6" Marvel Legends All-New-All-Different Daredevil and Elektra figures from Hasbro. These figures are part of the Sp//dr Build-A-Figure wave. You can purchase these figures now at Megalopolis.Toys. Check out hi-res images for these figures below in our GALLERY!
