THR is reporting that Disney has delayed the release of the next MCU movie Black Widow, which was originally coming out on May 1. The delay is due to the Coronavirus fears which has caused most movie theaters in the US to temporarily close and many studios to pull their films from being released. Last week Disney announced that the 20th Century Fox New Mutants movie was also being delayed. Some studios such as Universal have started releasing their current movies straight to home digital release, so it will be interesting to see if Disney starts to do the same.

Variety reports that actor Owen Wilson will be joining the cast of the upcoming Disney+ Loki series. No word on what character he will play. The series will star Tom Hiddleston who is reprising his role as Thor's half-brother Loki from the MCU movies. The premise of the series is said to feature the God of Mischief popping up in different times periods in human history where he will influence major events. What Marvel character do you think Wilson should play?

In celebration of the Chinese New Year, Disney has released a number of movie posters that were inspired by the Chinese festival. Two of the posters released were for the upcoming Black Widow and Eternals movies coming out this year. Check out the images which come via Yahoo below.

According to THR, Megan McDonnell who has been working on the upcoming Disney+ WandaVision series will also be taking on head writing duties for the second Captain Marvel movie which will star Bri Larson. According to the report McFonnell has entered the final negotiating stage to seal the deal with Marvel Studios. Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck who worked on the first film are said to not be returning for the sequel but are looking to work on a future Disney+ Marvel series. Captain Marvel 2 is likely to open sometime in 2022.

I really do not understand what Peter sees in Michelle Jone in Far From Home. Well the movie isn't even out yet I still have to say that this MJ is not my MJ. She just acts like a snorkie jerk and homecoming so I definitely do not want to see then get together for Peter's sake. -

Now that the X-Men are back in the MCU. Does anybody have ideas on how they might do the costumes and how the MCU action figures might look like? It would be nice to see some one do a custom Wolverine MCU fig. -

With the X-Men soon to be rebooted and rolled into the MCU, I wanted to get some people's thoughts on which actors would be awesome casting choices. Especially since those choices will eventually be MCU Marvel Legends figures. Off the top of my head I think Madelaine Petsch would be an awesome Jean Grey!!!

David Harbour is the latest to join Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh in the forthcoming Black Widow standalone from Disney and Marvel Studios. No word on who the Stranger Things and Hellboy reboot actor will be playing or the plot of the film will be except the film will focus on Johansson’s Russian spy-turned-Avenger Natasha Romanoff (aka Black Widow) who was first introduced in Iron Man 2 in 2010. The project is being directed by Cate Shortland with filming to begin in June. Sources are claiming that Rachel Weisz is a person of interest for the film but currently there are no negotiations taking place as no official offer has been made. Source: Deadline Via THR -
So Hasbro was sneaky and slipped one right under our noses. Without any notice whatsoever this Marvel Legends 2-pack figure exclusive to Target stores just went for pre-order. It features Tom Holland's Spidey with his yellow hoodie jacket and some interchangeable hands and his friend MJ (as in Michelle Jones) that also has some accessories including an alternate head. It will run you $39,99 and says it will become available at the end of April. So while we wait for Far from Home figures, I guess that we can make it up with this. So what do you think? The quality of the images is not very good because I have to take them from Instagram and btw, I would like to acknowledge xmanny87 for the heads up. -

In what seems like a last minute addition to Hasbro's Marvel Studios: The First Ten Years anniversary Marvel Legends line from Hasbro comes this repaint of the Avengers: Age of Ultron movie 6" Ultron Build-A-Figure. The figure comes in the same style of packaging we have seen for all the MCU Anniversary figures with the red and black box that has a bio for both the character and the movie the character is based on. This is the second figure we've gotten in this line for Age Of Ultron. The first was the Target exclusive Hulkbuster vs Hulk 2-Pack. The box also has the same kind of movie artwork on the side as the other figures in this line, however I can't say if it fits in with the art collage that can be created with the others. It is very similar to the art work featured on the Target 2-pack but not identical. The figure itself is a straight up repaint as the original Ultron Build-A-figure, and like with that one this figure does not feature any accessories. The only difference between this figure and the original is that this one has a superior paint job. The metallic metal parts have a much more cohesive look to it than the original version and the red markings are a bit more distinct as well, especially with the head. While the figure does look better than the original due to the paint, I am not sure that is enough to warrant getting this figure again if you already have the original, especially since this new figure costs $25 at retail. I guess it just depends on how big of a fan your are of Ultron or if your just a completest and want to have all the figures in this Marvel Legends sub-line. The figure has started to hit Best Buy stores and is currently available for pre-order at places like Megalopolis.Toys. Check out images for the figure below in our GALLERY!
