  1. I had done a few customs a while back. I figured I'd share them here, as they may give folks some ideas. We haven't really had a definitive Black Cat figure. I did a few different versions trying different heads. So first up, I had picked up a retro Black Cat Loose. Just the body. I wasn't really satisfied with her neckline just being painted. I didn't have any modeling tape to mask it. So I just used masking tape to form a rough shape. My idea was to drop the neckline a bit. Once I did that I added a subtle bit of shading there. I painted a warbird head's hair white and added a bit of a gray wash using Army Painter Holy White speed paint. The black choker is from an Emma Frost. As you can see her head fits a bit loose but nothing sticky tac won't solve. I then set about sculpting some fur using green stuff. After that I painted it white and gave the fur bits the same wash I gave to her hair. I also ended up picking up a Skyline Sirens Black Cat. Original is on the left. I tried painting an outback Rogue head (I really liked the big hair). I tried sculpting a mask but it ended up being too big. The Warbird head fit ok on the Siren body maybe a tad small? Now that we have another Felicia? I tried the Gamerverse head on the Siren body. I did end up picking up a retro head, and that worked ok on the Siren body. The gamerverse Felicia head looks decent on the Siren body, but if you seat it all the way? She has no neck. With some sticky tac though you can fudge it and let the head sit a bit higher. Overall I think I like the Warbird head of the ones I swapped around. It adds a bit of dynamism to the figure. I might have liked the outback rough head if the mask wasn't so large. They had another at Ollies, maybe I will take another stab at that head.
  2. I gave a spare black cat I had an alternative costume styled to look like the marvel select figure repainted her face and body carved in some cleavage and replaced her hands and feet
  3. I wanted to have a psylocke for my collection and i didnt really like the one that was released so i made my own using dagger as a base i removed the hair she came with and repainted her entirely and sculpted her hair so she would look like she did in marvel vs capcom then i made some energy blast for her to pose her with, and black started as a avengers assemble blackwidow (the longer haired one) i shaved down her hair, face, and body then lenghtened her legs a bit and sculpted her a new hairstyle. ive also been working vulture, doc ock, armor spiderman, as well as storm but they are yet to be finished.
