  1. Not sure if this is okay or not, but sometimes I digibash toys, Mostly Transformers but the odd Marvel Legneds toy. So this is where I will show off some of them. Grey Beast
  2. Been trying to get in to customizing. Mostly simple kitbashes and/or repaints. I figured that I'd start a post where I can put up images of my work. Please be kind as I'm only calling it marvelous because of the site, not because of my skills 😂
  3. Hasbro today has announced a new Marvel Legends "Fan Vote" which they plan to kick off during Toy Fair on February 22. Right now they are only showing silhouettes of three female choices right now. One on the far right looks to be a new Elektra. The one in the middle might be a new Lady Sif and the one on the left is pretty generic looking, maybe a classic She-Hulk? You will have to sign up for an actual HasbroPulse account if you want to try and vote.

  5. The third cosmic themed Marvel Legends figure for 2021 which is Quasar has gone up for pre-order for those who live in Canada. There the figure is being sold as a EBGames exclusive. The product code is 758485 and the release date is listed as August 1, 2021. That release date is a bit later than originally expected. When Hasbro first announced the figure they said it would be out in late Spring. For those in the United States, this figure will be sold as a Walgreens exclusive. At this time most of us in the US are still waiting for the release of the second Cosmic Themed exclusive figure in the line for 2021 which is the classic Richard Rider NOVA figure. That one already saw release in Canada at EBgames earlier this month. At this time there has been no indication of NOVA or Quasar being listed on the Walgreens website. The first Cosmic themed figure which was The Fallen Silver Surfer started hitting physical Walgreens stores before it was ever listed on their website, and then it was only on their briefly. That one also saw release at EBgames in Canada weeks before it started showing up in the US. The Quasar Marvel Legends figure from Hasbro will feature a pair of flame effects and alternate hands. UPDATE: Chris lets us know the figure is also available for pre-order on Amazon for those in Mexico.
  6. Good day, Thank you for checking my post. Honestly, I do not know the character Morlun so read up on his first appearance. I made a video paying homage to his first appearance and battle with Spiderman. Hope you like it. Cheers.
  7. Shown below via troycollectstoys are in-hand images for the new 6" Marvel Legends Classic Richard Rider Nova figure with Qubit from Hasbro. This figure out of the blue apparently is already dropping at EBGames stores in Canada. Here in the US the figure will be sold as a Walgreens exclusive, but no word on when it might start showing up, though I expect soon. The next figure slated for release in this cosmic themed Walgreens/EBGames line is Quasar which is supped to be released in late spring. Check out the in-hand Nova images below and happy hunting.

  10. For you Spider-Man fans, even though we just recently got the Silt-Man Build-A-Figure Marvel Legends wave from Hasbro to start the year off, it looks like there are a fair number of other web-crawler themed figures in the pipeline yet to be officially announced. Of course this year is another Spider-Man movie year so that really shouldn't be a big surprise to you. While we've been pretty confident for a while now that there would be a second wave of regular Spider-Man themed Marvel Legends figures coming from Hasbro this year, we didn't have any specific details about that wave. We still don't know the specific figures being released in the wave or what the build-A-figure will be. According to a list posted over at Fwoosh, it's looking like this wave will be a mix of movie, comic and video game figures. This is how they are breaking it down. F0170 – Assortment UPC: 501099372093 Wave 2 – Unknown (BaF) • F3018 – MCU Figure 7 Shale – 5010993844722 • F3019 – MCU Figure 8 Sulfur – 5010993844739 • F3021 – MCU Figure 9 Methane – 5010993844753 • F3022 – MCU Figure 10 Manganese – 5010993844746 • F3023 – MCU Figure 11 Lodine – 5010993844685 • F3024 – Comic Figure 12 Sandstone – 5010993844708 • F3025 – Gamerverse Figure 13 Sapphire – 5010993844692 So 5 movie figures, 1 comic and 1 video game. Again we have no idea what the Build-A-Figure will be. The wave should be out in September/October time frame while the next movie which is titled Spider-Man: No Way Home is due out in theaters on December 17, 2021. Besides regular release figures, I have seen indications that we will also be getting a number of Retro Carded Spider-Man themed figures this year as well. Figures I have seen slated for the Retro Card treatment include Hobgoblin, Web Man, Shocker, Sandman, Kraven and/or Black Costume Spider-Man. I say and/or for Kraven and Black Costume Spider-Man because i've seen the same product # listing used for both figures at different places. I don't know if one is an error and we will only end up with one of them. It's possible we could still get both even though both figures have been recently released multiple times by Hasbro. The last time we saw figures of Kraven and Black Costume Spider-Man was in a Target exclusive 2-pack which was released a year or so ago. I've even seen some speculation that perhaps Hasbro is getting creative and will release a Kraven figure dressed up wearing the Black Spider-Man Costume, as he did in the Last Hunt storyline. Since there is conflicting information floating around for some of these figures, I would keep this more in the RUMOR category than I normally recommend you do. I should also note on the Sandman that I don't think we ever got that one on a traditional Retro Spider-Man Toy Biz cardback back in the day. I believe the only 5" Sandman we got from Toy Biz was released in a boxset. Of course Toy Biz never did a Web Man figure either. I also don't know what the price on Sandman will be. Since the previous Sandman was released as a Build-A-Figure, I suspect he will cost more than the other Retro figures. How or if any of these actual figures will differ from their original Hasbro Marvel Legends releases is unknown at this time, but I suspect we might start getting some official looks at these next month. Also I am pretty sure the Retro figures will be done as individual releases possibly as Fan Channel exclusives and not as one wave. Again, until Hasbro officially confirms all this we will treat them as RUMORS for now.

If you would like to submit a custom of your own creation to be featured in an upcoming MARVELOUS CUSTOM segment you can post your work on our FORUMS.
  13. I have not gotten a classic (red suit) Daredevil figure for my collection yet. I can't decide which one best represents this look, the Hobgoblin wave or the Defenders box set version. Which one should I get? Or should I wait for an updated version? I kind of hope it will be rereleased using the retro Spidey buck. And if that ends up happening which paint app version should be used?
  14. J. Cortes sends in the first in-hand images for the new Marvel Legends Bring On The Bad Guys wave. This wave includes Arcade, God Doom, Dormammu, The Hood, Lady Deathstrike, Red Skull and AIM Scientist Supreme. The Build-A-Figure for the wave is Xenmu. Currently not shown below is the Xenmu Build-A-Figure. We should have more in-hand images for the entire wave to show you tomorrow. For now you can check out this video they did showing off the Arcade figure in greater detail. The video is in Spanish. You can pre-order these figures from our sponsor BigBadToyStore.com.
  15. Shown below via MCUCollector is our first look at the Marvel Legends Shang-Chi: And The Legend Of The Ten Rings Katy figure coming from Hasbro. The character Katy is a friend of Shanf-Chi who is being played by comedian and actress Awkwafina. I believe Katy is the woman driving the bus in the new trailer that just dropped this morning for the movie, though based on this figure she apparently gets more of a action oriented look at some point. It also looks like from this image that she comes with the creature named Morris. I don't know what Morris is but I've seen it included with some of the LEGO sets based on the movie. The figure was found at Target and looks like will be offered as a stand-alone Target exclusive. The official release date should be 4/25. Look like Katy will cost $27. The regular Shang-Chi figures have the new MSRP of $22.99. Thanks to Omni for the info.
  16. We possibly might have our first look at a Marvel Legends Eternals figure from Hasbro, which appears to have leaked out on the net. The figure seems to be that of Ajak who has been said to be played by actress Salma Hayek in the upcoming Eternals movie. We got out first look at the outfit the figure is wearing in August 2019 during the D23 convention. Hasbro's Eternals wave of Marvel Legends figures where originally planned to be released at the end of this year, but then the movie got delayed until at least February 12, 2021 which in turn delayed the release of the figures. We can't confirm the image is of a legit figure from Hasbro, but based on the packaging it seems pretty real, and being the figures would have originally started seeing release around this time, it would make sense that there are some likely floating around out there to leak out like this from overseas. If you want to see the image of the figure you can go HERE or the original source HERE. Assuming this is real, then my guess once Disney gets wind of the leak the images won't be staying up very long.
  17. A few weeks ago we told you how a new listing had been discovered by the folks over at Fwoosh for a new Marvel Legends Deluxe figure with a $50 price tag similar to what we saw with the most recent M.O.D.O.K. figure. This listing was posted as follows: F2992 ($50) – Avengers Deluxe 3 (Aug ’21) I've done some digging, and while I wish I could tell you exactly what this figure is going to be, the best I've been able to come up with is a listing that calls it "Hydra Stomper". I don't think that's the actual name of the figure, but likely some kind of description or code name to keep the figures identity concealed. So we will have wait until Hasbro officially reveals this one to know exactly what it is. Being it's a deluxe figure, I think it's safe to assume it will be based on a lager character. Whether the name "Hydra Stomper" is a reference to someone who stomps out Hydra or not is not known. What Could The Next Marvel Legends $50 Deluxe Figure Be??? Figures Jay Cochran - March 05, 2021 [ edit post ] A few weeks ago we told you how a new listing had been discovered by the folks over at Fwoosh for a new Marvel Legends Deluxe figure with a $50 price tag similar to what we saw with the most recent M.O.D.O.K. Just as a COMPLETE GUESS on my part, I could maybe see the figure being based on the character known as "Hammer". He was part of a group crated by Hydra called the Hydra 4 who's mission was to kill the Avengers. Hammer was essentially Hydra's version of Thor, who is a bigger character. A hammer stomps things, hence the connection to the description. A bit of a stretch I know. How much demand there would be for Marvel Legends figures based on the Hydra 4 is not known. I doubt they would be terribly high up on anyone's list, and a $50 price for what essentially would be another Thor figure seems pretty steep. Another GUESS I could possibly see is a new updated Mandroid figure. This was a suit of armor created for S.H.I.E.L.D. agents. The S.H.I.E.L.D. organization is known for stomping out Hydra. Hasbro did give us a Marvel Legends Mandroid figure back in 2014 as a Build-A-figure. The Mandroid has had many different looks over the years in the comics, but perhaps Hasbro would give us a more classic looking yellow version this time around? Honestly the description "Hydra Stomper" is just to vague to really know what Hasbro has in store for us, but what do you hope it is?
  18. Thanks to a heads up from JTPrime we have a new mysterious Marvel Legends listing that has started to pop up on one of the Amazon sites. This one is listed as: I HAVE KNOW IDEA WHAT THIS IS at this time. Indications from the title is that it might be some kind of 2-pack for something jungle themed. The price which is in Euros seems hefty as that would translate to around $150 US. If the set is Jungle themed, the first thing that comes to my mind is something from the Savage Land. Based on the price, if that is accurate another possibility I could see is a 2-pack featuring one of Jack Kirby's creations with Moon Boy and Devil Dinosaur. Hasbro did do a Moon Boy figure a few years back as part of the 4" Marvel Universe line. So I could seem them possibly doing a 6" version flocked with his larger Dinosaur companion. Keep in mind this is all PURE speculation at this point. Jungle could simply be a misleading code name to hide the true identity for whatever this is. It's also unclear at this time if this is something that will be a general release or possibly an Amazon exclusive. When more details become available we will be sure to pass them on to you.
  19. Images for what appears to be some kind of portrait featuring promotional artwork for the upcoming Disney+ MCU animated series has hit the internet. Since it looks pretty dead-on to what we've seen in the trailer I am going to assume this is legit though I don't know where it was found or who took the image. It may have been found somewhere overseas. We previously told you how the second wave of Disney+ Marvel Legends figures coming later this year should contain at least 6 figures based on the new animated show. We know one of the 7 regular figures in the wave will be based on Loki and we have no indication on what show the Build-A-Figure from this wave will be based on. Disney+ Wave 2 – August 2021 F0167 – Assortment UPC: 5010993791385 Wave 2 – Unknown (BaF) • F0329 – “What If?” Figure 8 – 501099379724 • F0330 – “What If?” Figure 9 – 501099379729 • F0331 – “What If?” Figure 10 – 501099379727 • F0332 – “What If?” Figure 11 – 501099379725 • F0333 – “What If?” Figure 12 – 501099379726 • F0334 – “What If?” Figure 13 – 501099379728 • F1097 – “Loki” Figure 14 – 501099379723 In the promotional artwork we see Peggy Carter as Captain UK. That's what I am calling her for now, but don't know what her official designation here is gong to be. Based on the trailers it looks like one of the stories will show us What If Peggy had gotten the Super Soldier Surem during WWII instead of Steve Rogers. I would say the chances of this one making the wave are very high. We see T'Challa as Star-Lord. Again from the trailer it looks like when Yondu comes to Earth to collect Peter Quill as a kid, he instead takes T'Challa who then becomes Star-Lord and likely leads the Guardians of the Galaxy. Since Killmoger is featured in the artwork, my guess with T'Challa's absence from Earth he ends up becoming Black Panther. I would say at least T'Challa as Star-Lord has a good chance of getting a figure in this wave. Dr. Strange, Gamora, Thor and the one who I believe is Black Widow in the bottom left corner all look pretty much like they have in the MCU, so I don't know if any of them would be up for figures in this wave. Black Widow is looking pretty buff, so I don't know if that means perhaps she gets some Super Soldier Serum as well or what. I suppose this could be a good opportunity to give us an updated Thor 1 movie figure, which is what the design seen here seems to be based on. Finally we have The Watcher, who is a cosmic being tasked with observing events as they play out in the Multiverse. Could he be the Build-A-Figure for the wave? In the trailer we also saw some kind of Zombie Captain America which I think has a good shot at getting the figure treatment in this wave. As previously reported, there is also a new Mega Deluxe $50 Marvel Legends figure coming from Hasbro this year based on the What If animated series. Marvel Legends Deluxe figure #f2992 - $50 While not shown in this new promotional artwork, I have a feeling that one will be based on the Iron Man Mark I suit being used by a non-super soldier Steve Rogers, again something seen in the trailer for the show. I have also seen indications there will be a LEGO set released based on this one. Other than having a very solid indication that "What If" themed Marvel Legends are coming this year, I don't have any solid info at this time on what exact figures we will see, so this is all primarily just speculation based on things seen in the trailer and now this new promotional artwork. Only time will tell what actual figures we will get. The What If series is said to air on Disney+ sometime this summer.
  20. Thanks to a heads up from Hasbro's Dan Yun who posted this on his social media yesterday... I did some checking and it looks like May is going to be a big month for Marvel Legends Collectors. Not only does it look like the remaining 10 figures in the Infinity Saga line will be revealed and go up for pre-order over the course of the month, but a few other things will be officially announced as well. Of course the month kicked off on Monday with the reveal of the Infinity Saga Age of Ultron Quicksilver. I don't know if Hasbro will be doing any Marvel live-streams this month or not, If I had to guess I would say at least one, but I you should expect another round of official reveals made in some way next Monday (5/10). Don't expect all the reveals to come on Monday's though. Just to recap here is the list of what we expect to see from the Infinity Saga line. Set 1 - IM1 - Mark III - F0184 Set 2 - Unknown (likely store exclusive) Set 3 - AVN2 - Age Of Ultron Quicksilver - F0186 Set 4 - THR1 - Odin - F0187 Set 5 - AVN4 - Endgame Fat Warrior Thor - F0188 Set 6 - IM1 - Iron Monger - F0218 - $69.99 Set 7 - THR3 - Surtur - F0189 - $49.99 Set 8 - AV4 (likely store exclusive) Set 9 - IM3 (likely Amazon exclusive) Set 10 - AVN4 - Endgame Iron Man Mk.85 and Thanos - F0192 - $59.99 Set 5 and Set 3 have already been officially revealed and made available for pre-order, so that leaves 8 more items to be revealed, and then as I mentioned a few non-Infinity Saga items should get revealed this month as well.
  21. With a new year upon us, it seems like the dreaded price increase for Hasbro's 6" action figure lines is also upon us as well. Earlier today we were treated to our first Marvel Legends pre-order for 2021, and with that many couldn't help but notice the increase in price from the normal $19.99 to $22.99. I've been doing some checking, and while not officially confirmed by Hasbro yet, this price increase seems to be for all Marvel Legends releases as well as other 6" lines like Hasbro's Star Wars Black Series. I haven't checked on every single 6" line Hasbro does, or other scales of figures from Hasbro, so I can't say for sure how it will impact things like Power Ranger, G.I. Joe Classified or even smaller scale lines or things like Transformers. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see some kind of price hike all across the board. From what I can tell you should expect to see prices increase with products seeing release around July time frame. While seeing prices increase is never a good thing, it should also be noted that Hasbro has held off on increasing their prices for these things for several years, and truth is the prices only go up on these things, not down. I also don't know what kind of impact these price hikes will have at the big box stores like Walmart and Target. Those stores often are given discounts the smaller guy doesn't get, just because they order so much more inventory, and they could likely take on a price increase without raising prices on the consumer, at least for a while just to try and thin out the competition. Small retailers don't have that luxury, so this kind of thing tends to hurt them more than the larger stores. We will have to wait and see how all this plays out.
