  1. A new trailer for the Disney+ Falcon And The Winter Soldier series aired during the Super Bowl, and along with it we got the premier date which is March 19.
  2. Earlier this week we got our first look at the first merchandise being done for the upcoming Disney+ Falcon and the Winter Soldier series with Hasbro's Marvel Legends prop replica Captain America shield. Well now thanks to MCUCollector and vintage.man02 we have a look at new Walgreens exclusive Marvel Minimates based on the upcoming show. These apparently were actual found on shelf even though Diamond Select Toys has yet to officially announce them. There are two 2-pack which feature Falcon with Baron Zemo and Winter Soldier with USAgent. Now here is where the minor SPOILER comes in. The USAgent figure is actually labeled as Captain America . This seemingly confirms the rumors that in the Disney+ series will see John Walker AKA USagent, at least temporarily take over the mantle of Captain America. This isn't terribly surprising if you are familiar with Walker's story from the comics. In the comics the US Government for a time stripped Steve Rogers of the Captain America title because they felt they couldn't control him and gave it to Walker. Eventually Rogers regained the Captain America mantle and Walker became USAgent. At the end of Avengers Endgame, we saw an old Rogers hand the Captain America mantle over to Sam Wilson, so likely the Government will strip him of the mantle and give it to Walker. Again, at least for a while. This likely explains why Walker's costume is blue as opposed to black. Hopefully when Walker actually becomes USAgent, which we are confident he will, they will change the color of his costume from blue to black. With Minimates based on the series already hitting shelves, could Marvel Legends figures be far behind????

  4. WARNING - You will want to wait until you've watched episode 8 ("Previously On") of the Disney+ WandaVision series before reading this article, because it does contain MAJOR SPOILERS. We have long since had a pretty good idea of what figures will be released in the first wave of Disney+ themed wave of Disney+ Marvel Legends figures. As we've previously reported multiple times, the wave is "rumored" to include the following: - USAgent - Loki - Baron Zemo - Scarlet Witch - Vision - Winter Soldier - Falcon Of course we have no idea what the Build-A-Figure for this wave will be and still really don't have any decent guesses for that, however after watching this weeks episode of WandaVision, I do think we may have a better idea on what versions of Scarlet Witch and Vision we will be getting. This is were the SPOILERS begin from the episode titled "Previously On". This episode gave us more background on Wanda's origins that we got our first glimpse of during Age of Ultron. We get to see more of here time with Hydra and Baron Strucker who we knew had conducted experiments on both her and Quicksilver using the Mind Stone Infinity Gem from Loki's staff. What we had not seen up until now was Wanda's first contact with the Mind Stone and how it seemingly gave her a glimpse at some kind of future or alternate reality version of herself in full decked out "Scarlet Witch" garb. Disney actually gave us a little closer look at this outfit in one of the posters they recently released for the show hidden in the TV screens. Oh and this episode also marks the first time Wanda has been officially named The Scarlet Witch thanks to Agatha Harkness who is also fully revealed in this episode. I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't get the Marvel Legends treatment in the second wave due out later in the year. As for Vision, well thanks to Hayward we now have our all-white Vision as he later appeared in the comic books. This was revealed in this weeks mid-credit scene. Hayward has rebuilt himself a new Vision, likely who will at least start out being devoid of emotion. When we first learned there was going to be new Scarlet Witch and Vision figures released in the Disney+ Marvel Legends wave, my best guess for which versions we would see where figures of them wearing those Halloween costumes that were revealed early on in trailers for the show, but now I suspect the the figures will be based on the looks that debuted here in this episode. If that is the case then hopefully Hasbro can now start officially showing these figures off soon since the looks are now out there for public consumption. The only other figure in this wave I could see containing SPOILERS is the Falcon figure from The Falcon And Winter Soldier series. THIS PART CONTAINS POSSIBLE FALCON AND WINTER SOLDIER series SPOILERS. The Falcon figure for this wave technically has been listed as Captain America. In the show it looks like John Walker who we know from the comics eventually becomes USAgent will start off being the new Captain America. While that figure is listed as USAgent, it likely will be based on the characters John Walker version of Captain America as seen in the recent poster and trailer. At some point however we are pretty sure Falcon will officially take over the Captain America mantle, as Steve Rogers intended him to at the end of Avengers: Endgame. This is mainly due to a leaked Titan figure image showing Anthony Mackie in a Falcon Cap suit which has yet to be revealed in any of the trailers. My guess is the Marvel Legends version of Falcon will also feature this outfit, hopefully with wings, unlike the comic book version Hasbro previously did. Falcon And The Winter Soldier premiers on the streaming service starting on March 19 and will only contain 6 one-hour episodes. I don't know when exactly during the show we will see this new outfit, but the final episode will air on April 23, so it's safe to assume it will be officially seen by then. Loki is the only other regular figure in the wave that could POSSIBLY have spoilers, but not likely. My guess the Loki figure will be based on his look as seen in the trailer for the show. The Loki series doesn't premier until June 11, at which point this first wave should hopefully already be hitting shelves. It's unknown which series the Build-A-Figure for this wave will come from. We have one more episode of WandaVision to go which I supposed could POSSIBLY have one BIG surprise left to warrant getting the Build-A-Figure. If not then that most likely means the Build-A-Figure will be based on something seen in Falcon And The Winter Soldier. We do know Don Cheadle will be making an appearance in the show, and if he bring a new War Machine armor with him, that could possibly warrant getting a Build-A-Figure for, or it could be based on something we have no inclination of at this point. Only time will tell.
  5. Actor Don Cheadle who plays War Machine/Jim Rhodes in the MCU movies recently told brobible.com in an interview that he will be making an appearance in the upcoming Disney+ Falcon and The Winter Soldier series which will star Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson (Falcon) and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes (Winter Soldier). It was announced late last year that Cheadle will be starring in his own MCU Disney+ series called "Armor Wars".
  6. The Universe is expanding. Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and Loki are coming soon to Disney+.
  7. WARNING: This story contains A BIG SPOILER for the upcoming Disney+ Falcon And the Winter Soldier series. Reader JTPrime alerts us to this image (Click this link to see the image) he discovered on the Korean website Safetykorea.kr. The website from what I can tell is one that collects, manages and distributes information in regards to the safety of products in that country. In other words they check to make sure things like toys are safe for children to play with. Any way the image shows what appears to be an upcoming Titan Hero Falcon figure from Hasbro based on the upcoming Disney+ Falcon and the Winter Soldier series. The Falcon figure and the image on the front of the package shows him wearing an outfit very similar to the one the character wore in the comics when he temporarily assumed the role of Captain America. If it wasn't for the image of actor Anthony Mackie wearing the outfit on the packaging, I would almost say this was just a comic book based figure shipping in packaging from the show. That's how much the outfit on this figure looks to the one seen in the comics. Many have suspected that the MCU Falcon would at some point during the Disney+ show assume the actual mantel of Captain America beyond just using the shield he got in Avengers: Endgame, but this is the most proof to date of that happening we have seen. Of course with the recent news breaking that Chris Evans will likely be soon returning to the MCU, one has to wonder how long will it before Sam Wilson passes the mantel back to Steve Rogers. Check out the first trailer to the show if you haven't already.
  8. The first trailer for WandaVision has been released by Disney+. While now specific premier date has been announced, it looks like it will air in either later November or December timeframe. Also there is a new Trailer for Disney+ that has been released that gives us our first glimpse of Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Be careful cause if you blink you might miss it.
  9. Falcon And The Winter Soldier product continues to seep out with this look at the new Funko POP! Baron Zemo based on the upcoming Disney+ series. Unlike the Minimates we saw the other day, this one gives us a look at Zemo wearing his mask, something we never saw the last time we saw the character in Captain America: Civil War. We had seen some concept art of Zemo wearing his mask in the Disney+ MCU documentary that aired last year, so we knew the more comic book based look was coming, but we have yet to see any official images or trailers showing the look from Marvel.
  10. I have #1 and #2 of the Falcon and The Winter Soldier comics. I am wondering if anyone has an idea of when #3, #4, and #5 of these comics will be released? I am hoping that we get both comic and digital form late September 2020.
  11. Variety reports that Falcon & The Winter Soldier filming had to be halted in Prague over concerns of the Coronavirus. This is the second time filming on the series had to be halted. The first time was in January while they were shooting in Puerto Rico and things had to be shut down due to ha series of powerful earthquakes.
  12. Today during an investor call, Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed that the new Marvel based Falcon And The Winter Soldier series would premier on the streaming service this coming August. Wandavision will make it's premier later in the year in December. The new streaming service has brought in 28.6 million paid subscribers as of February 3.
