  1. Looks like Hasbro's new wave of Captain Marvel movie based figures have leaked out on social media today, possibly coming originally from Amazon. You can see a number of people who have posted them below. The images show Captain Marvel, Skrull, Young Nick Fury and Mar-Vell. The comic book based Genis-Vell shown at SDCC is likely part of this wave and the Build-A-Figure looks to be the Kree Sentry. Based on the images it looks like Captain Marvel herself may not have a build-a-figure piece while Mar-Vell will have the torso, the Skrull will have a leg and Fury will have an arm. That means there is definitely one more figure for this wave and likely two if Marvel doesn't have a build-a-figure accessory.
  2. Hasbro's Marvel Studios: The First Ten Years Iron Man 3 Pepper Potts, Iron Man Mark XXII, and The Mandarin 3-pack looks to have been delayed again here in the United States. The set originally was supposed to be released as a Toys R' Us exclusive until the retailer went out of business. It was later picked up as an Amazon.com exclusive and was supposed to start shipping on September 15. Now Amazon has sent out word that the set has been delayed and has given a fairly vague release date of shipping sometime between Monday, October 15, 2018 - Monday, November 12, 2018. The set is still up for pre-order on the website.
  3. erivera94 reviews the new Amazon.com exclusive Marvel Legends Days Of Future Past Sentinel and Wolverine 2-pack from Hasbro. This set was originally slated to be a Toys R' Us exclusive but then got picked up by Amazon when TRU went out of business here in the United States. The set costs $99 and features a re-issue of the Marvel Universe Sentinel and a modified Old-Man Logan figure. The set has been available very briefly a few times on Amazon but is currently listed as unavailable. It will likely come back in stock soon so if you missed out and want to pick this one up, you will want to go to this page and select the email me option so you are altered when it does become available again. Check out images for the set below in our GALLERY!
  4. Instagram user Scareglow has posted some in-hand images for the new Marvel Legends 6" Archangel figure coming from Hasbro. This online exclusive which is slated to be released in December here in the US will feature four different headsculpts as well as an alternate arm attachment for the new Apocalypse Build-A-Figure from Hasbro. Check out the images below. The figure is available for pre-order at Megalopolis.Toys.
  5. With Hasbro releasing so much stuff for Marvel Legends this year I am curious if that makes you more excited for the line or less. I know it's def harder on the wallet but do any of you get overwhelemed and start loosing interest and quit collecting or does it get you more hyped every time you see new stuff?
  6. This year's Marvel Comics Unlimited Subscription service figure has been revealed and it's Punisher Venom. Using Hasbro's recent Venom mold this version has a Punisher like symbol on it's chest. The headsculpt is the one with the tongue sticking out. Two weapons look to be included as well.
  7. Shown below are images of the new Marvel product Hasbro had on hand at their booth during the Fan Expo convention taking place in Canada. The figures shown is the Weapon X, Mystique, Guardian and a mock up for the Wendigo. Thanks to TroyZ for helping us out with coverage of the event. Guardian is using the SpiderUK mold.
  8. ShartimusPrime takes a look at the new X-Men Deadpool 6" Marvel Legends figure from Hasbro which also includes a Madcap headsculpt. This figure is part of the second wave of Deadpool themed figures which features the Sauron Build-A-Figure. You can purchase this figure from Megalopolis Toys. Check out hi-res images for this figure below in our GALLERY!
  9. ShartimusPrime takes a look at the new Sauron 6" Scale Build-A-Figure Marvel Legends figure from Hasbro. The figures in the wave to complete the BAF include Bishop, All-New All-Different Wolverine (X-23), Omega Red, Lady Deadpool, X-Men Deadpool and Boxer Shorts Deadpool. You can purchase this wave from Megalopolis Toys. Check out hi-res images for this figure below in our GALLERY!
  10. BigBadToyStore.com has up for pre-order the second wave of Marvel Legends 6" figures that pays tribute to the old 5" Toy Biz figures with the packaging. The wave includes Ant-Man, Wasp (Blue Outfit), Black Panther, Scarlet Spider, Hawkeye and Vision. Vision comes with an Ultron head, Scarlet Spider comes with an unmasked head, Black Panther comes with fireball effects, Ant-Man comes with a miniature Wasp and Wasp comes with a miniature Ant-Man. These will be out in October.
  11. Shown below are the official images for the new Marvel Legends product Hasbro revealed today at the Fan Expo in Canada. Shown are Weapon X, Mystique and Alpha Flight member Guardian.
  12. The final Marvel Studios: The First Ten Years Marvel Legends figure set announced by Hasbro during Toy Fair has finally arrived here in the United States. Being released as a Walmart exclusive here, this set features Tony Stark and Iron Man Mark I from the first Iron Man movie. You can purchase it on the Walmart website now. Technically I guess the previous TRU 3-Pack with Pepper has yet to be released in the US. Its now going to be available on Amazon and will be released on September 15. Unlike the Iron Man Mark VII figure released in the line, the Mark I offered here is a straight up reuse from the mold used in Hasbro's original 6" Iron Man movie line. The Tony Stark also reuses the Chameleon body mold and the old Tony Stark head that has been previously released.
  13. In what seems like a last minute addition to Hasbro's Marvel Studios: The First Ten Years anniversary Marvel Legends line from Hasbro comes this repaint of the Avengers: Age of Ultron movie 6" Ultron Build-A-Figure. The figure comes in the same style of packaging we have seen for all the MCU Anniversary figures with the red and black box that has a bio for both the character and the movie the character is based on. This is the second figure we've gotten in this line for Age Of Ultron. The first was the Target exclusive Hulkbuster vs Hulk 2-Pack. The box also has the same kind of movie artwork on the side as the other figures in this line, however I can't say if it fits in with the art collage that can be created with the others. It is very similar to the art work featured on the Target 2-pack but not identical. The figure itself is a straight up repaint as the original Ultron Build-A-figure, and like with that one this figure does not feature any accessories. The only difference between this figure and the original is that this one has a superior paint job. The metallic metal parts have a much more cohesive look to it than the original version and the red markings are a bit more distinct as well, especially with the head. While the figure does look better than the original due to the paint, I am not sure that is enough to warrant getting this figure again if you already have the original, especially since this new figure costs $25 at retail. I guess it just depends on how big of a fan your are of Ultron or if your just a completest and want to have all the figures in this Marvel Legends sub-line. The figure has started to hit Best Buy stores and is currently available for pre-order at places like Megalopolis.Toys. Check out images for the figure below in our GALLERY!
  14. The Fan Expo in Canada kicked off today and while Hasbro didn't have anything new to show us today, they did leave us with a few clues for what we might be able to expect tomorrow (8/31) during their Marvel Legends panel that will take place at 1pm ET. Here is a brief message from Hasbro's own Marvel Senior Design Manager Dwight Stall giving us a clue for what we might expect to see tomorrow. Click here to see video So seems pretty obvious that he is hinting to something in regards to Alpha Flight. Last year at this convention is when they first revealed the Sasquatch Build-A-Figure. Will it be more than one figure or could it be more? Honestly we don't know though we have it on pretty good authority they will be showing off more than one new thing. Whatever it is be sure to check back to MarvelousNews as we will be bringing you coverage of the panel and any reveals as they happen starting at 1pm ET. Let us know in the comments what it is you hope or think they will reveal tomorrow and a big thanks to TroyZ for helping us with coverage of the event.
  15. Best Buy has the new Marvel Studios First 10 Years Avengers Age Of Ultron 6" Marvel Legends Ultron listed online. The figure isn't currently available for home delivery but you can buy it online for store pick-up. The figure was originally said during SDCC to be exclusive to Entertainment Earth and Gamestop stores, but I guess Best Buy decided to get in on the action. They also have the Marvel Legends AIM 2-Pack listed on the site but is currently listed as sold out.
  16. We are bringing you coverage of the Hasbro Marvel Legends panel taking place at the 2018 Fan Expo Canada. We will be bringing you coverage of anything new announced at the panel as it happens so be sure to update your browser periodically over the course of the next hour. Thanks to TroyZ for helping us out with coverage of the event. On panel is Marvel Senior Design Manager Dwight Stall and Ryan Ting. The panel has begun but right now they are just recapping stuff we have already see. This report will be dedicated to primarily the new things they reveal which will be towards the end of the panel. They are showing the second wave of Black Panther Movie figures that were announced during SDCC. Its' confirmed Klaw will have two arms, a gun one and a normal one. Now they are talking about the making of Marvel Legends and how they started planning for the X-Men Apocalypse wave in January 2017 for an August 2018 release. Can take 4 weeks is a best case scenario to complete the sculpting of one figure and it's passed around to a number of different sculptors multiple times. Learn how to use Zbrush if you want to work at Hasbro according to Dwight. New reveals include Alpha Flight member Guardian for 2019. Also announced is Wendigo for 2019. Other new figures announced are Mystique and Weapon X also for 2019. See images below. No more planned variants for the line unless they screw up and have to make a correction. Panel has ended. Stay-tuned for better images of these new figures coming up soon here on MarvelousNews.

  18. TroyZ sends word that the Hasbro will be hosting a panel specifically for Marvel Legends at this weekends Canadian Fan Expo. The Marvel Legends panel will take place tomorrow (8/31) at 1pm ET. There will be a Star Wars panel right before at noon. The convention opens its doors today at 2pm ET, and if Hasbro has anything new out in their booth today we will be sure to show it off here, but definitely be sure to check back to tomorrow for coverage of the panel and whatever new they show off at it. We don't how much new stuff they will show off this weekend, but we do expect at least 1-2 new things announced.
  19. ShartimusPrime takes a look at the new Marvel Studios First 10 Years Avengers Age Of Ultron Target Exclusive Marvel Legends 2-Pack featuring Hulk and Hulkbuster Iron Man from Hasbro. Check out images for this set below in our GALLERY!
  20. Hasbro's Marvel Senior Design Manger Dwight Stall is taking your questions for a new Instagram video segment on HasbroPulse. If you have a burning question for him about Marvel Legends then let him know in the video's comment section. In a few days they will pick a few questions that get asked and post a second video where he answers them. I wouldn't bother asking him about unannounced upcoming figures as he is likely not going to answer those kinds of questions, but if you have a question about how something is made or why then I would give it shot.
