  1. Iron Studios proudly presents its first MiniCo line of Marvel's most beloved mutant superheroes, the X-Men, one of the most requested series by fans and collectors, in Iron Studios' stylized Toy Art version. The collection is based on the design of comics from the 1990s, one of the most popular and cult phases of the group, with a diorama scenario of the heroes on top of a scrap of a Sentinel Robot, one of their classic enemies, and explores the most striking traits of each of the eight characters that complete the entire diorama. "Cyclops - X-Men - MiniCo - Iron Studios" features the hero showing all his strength by leading the group. "Wolverine - X-Men - MiniCo - Iron Studios" advances ready to jump against any threat, and as he always says, he is the best at what he does. "Storm - X-Men - MiniCo - Iron Studios" features Ororo Munroe flying with the winds that she can control and a small sample of her power in the palm of her left hand. "Jean Gray - X-Men - MiniCo - Iron Studios", the powerful X-Men telepath levitates with her telekinetic power over the remnants of a defeated Sentinel Robot's head. In her raised right hand, she creates a small cosmic firebird, the avatar of her Phoenix Force. "Beast - X-Men - MiniCo - Iron Studios" features Dr. Henry "Hank" McCoy, focused on reading a book while enjoying a relaxing hot beverage in his personalized mug. "Gambit - X-Men - MiniCo - Iron Studios" and "Rogue - X-Men - MiniCo - Iron Studios" are doing one of their favorite pastimes: flirting! Finally, "Psylocke - X-Men - MiniCo - Iron Studios" rests on the rocks of a battlefield, with her Katana sword at her feet, creating, with her psychic energy, an Origami form of a classic Tsuru lucky bird. Check out Iron Studios' friendly line of X-Men MiniCos. The items are sold separately and are already available for Pre-Order! 3. Today Medicom announced they are expanding their Marvel X-Men MAFEX offerings with a new Psylocke figure. You can pre-order this figure from our sponsor BigBadToyStore.com.
  4. Back in February it was revealed by Hasbro that we would be getting a Nimrod figure this year. While they clearly stated that Nimrod would NOT be released as a Build-A-Figure, but were scarce on the details of just how the figure would see release. Now thanks to Amazon France we have a clue to that mystery. On the site they are listing a Marvel Legends 3-Pack featuring figures of Nimrod, Psylocke and Fantomex. So it's probably safe to assume the Nimrod figure listed is the same one we saw at Toy Fair. It's still unclear however, what exact versions of Psylocke and Fantomex we will be getting. The Nimrod figure is based on the designs seen in the recent Power Of X/House Of X Marvel Comics storyline, so will the Pyslocke and Fantomex figures follow along those same lines? If so that leaves a couple of different options for the Psylocke figure. In the comics Elizabeth Braddock who was the original Psylocke, is now the new Captain Britain. And the name Psylocke is now being used by the character formerly known as Kwannon. So conceivably we could get a figure of either of these two versions. Of course Hasbro could be cheap and just re-issue the recent Jim Lee style Psylocke figure they put out in 2018. It might even have X-Force paint apps since her and Fantomex served together on that team for awhile. As for Fantomex, I don't know if his look has drastically changed much over the years. Hasbro did a Marvel Legends figure of him some time back, but he could definitely use an update. The character is also slated with a one-shot comic due out in May. So we still have some questions needing answers for this and of course until Hasbro officially announces this, we will treat it as rumor.

  15. I wanted to have a psylocke for my collection and i didnt really like the one that was released so i made my own using dagger as a base i removed the hair she came with and repainted her entirely and sculpted her hair so she would look like she did in marvel vs capcom then i made some energy blast for her to pose her with, and black started as a avengers assemble blackwidow (the longer haired one) i shaved down her hair, face, and body then lenghtened her legs a bit and sculpted her a new hairstyle. ive also been working vulture, doc ock, armor spiderman, as well as storm but they are yet to be finished.
