  1. The five figures you cancelled would have remained the price you paid for them. They wouldn't have increased. It's future figures that have yet to be announced that are being hit with the price increase.
  2. This looks like another case of "They ran out of money and had to re-release another figure." It's the worst in the wave but that's not a bad thing as the wave itself looks awesome.
  3. Yes that is also true but the price of plastic is also a major factor. If you don't think so, go look at the price of other companies. I'm sure Mattel and McFarlance will have to increase their prices soon.
  4. in many ways yes. With many companies using less plastic, suppliers have little choice but to increase the price they supply to companies like Hasbro in order to make a profit themselves. Hasbro and other company only buy a set amount of oil and plastic to make their figures and toys so the suppliers have to get them to pay more.
  5. speaking of ock, the possibility of a new Superior Spider-man is now even higher. they may not match but I can see Hasbro using the waldoes again for both that and the Aaron Davis Black Iron Spider
  6. They may re-release some of the characters in that box set. I can see Shaw in his martial art look and Pierce in his reavers look. But other then that, the point of a SDCC set is that it's exclusive to that show so they won't re-release something that was a limited timed exclusive. BUT that being said can we get back to the topic of the Iron Spider. That what this thread is about.
  7. Not saying im not pissed off about this but the way things are we are lucky if plastic toys will last for another 10 years.
  8. That's not how it works mate. The price increase is due to a number of factors but mostly due to oil and plastic price increases. With plastic being faze out in many products, the price of it has increased due to the fact that there is lower amount of companies using it. Because it this Hasbro has to increase the price. We will still get the same amount of accessories but they will cost Hasbro more to make.
  9. You say that but there seems to be a market for it. They wouldn't make it if people didn't buy them.
  10. hi im new here and im looking for friends does anyone want to be my Collector Buddy?

  11. yeah not so much. The twins are still there (as Kindred, which i really want a figure of) but now they are clones that used the dna of Gwen and Norman to created. It was apparently part of a plan of Harry during his maniac days. Kind of like how he used Peter "parents" against him after his death.
