Fall Geek-Out is just around the corner and should be starting soon! Maybe even as early as August 21st or 28th! When more details emerge, we will be sure to let everyone know.

We do know it looks like Hasbro's day will be on September 18th since they confirmed a G.I. Joe Classified item will be going up that day. If I was a betting man then I would say that is likely when we will also see the previously announced Hasbro Marvel Legends Series X-men Retro Cardback Cypher Figure go up. If or when that is confirmed, we will be sure to update you here.

This is what was posted on Target's website:

Credit is due to you, collectors, Fall Geek Out will be back in August for another amazing season of collectibles! Mark your calendars, and watch for more info as the season unfolds. Thank you for an epic summer of fun & fandom.

Gotta also be when the NWH half-masked Spidey goes up right?

Doubt it. Based on their past track record they usually only put things up that have already been announced well in advance and usually its only 1 Marvel Legends figure at a time for Hasbro's day. Even if they officially announced another Target exclusive during next week's Live-Stream, I doubt that figure would go up for pre-order this month. Remember Cypher was announced a couple months ago, and then right after they announced Cypher it was Onslaught that went up for pre-order which that figure had been announced a few months before that.

Actually the figure you are talking about totally slipped my mind but it was announced back at the same time as Cypher in June, so yeah I suppose its possible it will go up with Cypher https://marvelousnews.com/252-38601

As previously reported, tomorrow (9/18) will be Hasbro's day for the 2026 Fall Geek-Out Event, and Hasbro's Dan Yun has confirmed that both the Marvel Legends New Mutants Cypher and No Way Home Spider-Man figures will be going up for pre-order. Look for the pre-orders to go live at 9am ET/8am CT.

Glad to see it confirmed, I had thought Spidey was revealed before or at the same time as Cypher so I was hoping they'd go up at the same time, but I wasn't sure.

Cypher will be mine. I don't care how bland he is. I mean it's Doug.

98% positive I'll be able to get Cypher on clearance in a month after release.

Unfortunately, the head sculpt they chose for Cypher looks awkward and there isn't much else to visually distract from it. For a character with such a simple costume, he needed a much better likeness/expression to carry the figure.

Me personally, I am just not at all interested in any of these figures, which I guess is a good thing. I don't need to worry about trying to beat the scalpers
